Data Protection Trustmark
In place of responsible data protection practices and to take better care of your personal data and minimise the risk of a data breach. ACP Group attained Data Protection Trustmark (DPTM) certification to demonstrate accountable data protection practices.
ISO 9001:2015
When ACP started to grow as an organisation, we realised that our training standards should be reflected in our internal processes. Hence, to offer quality to our clients, we need to maintain a certain benchmark in all our internal processes. We attained ISO 9001:2008 certification back in 2009 and upgraded to the current ISO 9001:2015 in 2018. This certification requires us to demonstrate our ability to consistently provide products that meets customer, applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
ISO 22301:2012
In order to test our resilience against unplanned situations and unforeseen circumstances, our organisation attained the ISO 22301 certification in 2014. However, we did not stop there, we continued getting re-certified via surveillance audits till year 2017. This requires us to plan, establish, implement, operate, monitor, review, maintain and continually improve a documented management system. This is to protect against, reduce the likelihood of occurrence, prepare for, respond to, and recover from disruptive incidents when they arise.
bizSAFE Level 3
